Network Operations Centre

We operate a 24/7, year round Network Operations Centre at our Milton Keynes office. Our highly trained support engineers are able not only to respond, but also to diagnose and instigate immediately effective resolution procedures.

As well as providing direct support, we manage third parties (such as BT) and arrange on-site maintenance or other resolution procedures. Our ability to respond to or escalate issues immediately (even at 4am) allows us to offer - and deliver - high-end Service Level Agreements. Our web portal, Support Tracking Automated Reporting System (STARS), allows our clients to review and respond to ticketed issues at all times.

As our solutions are inherently mission critical, network events can be notified by e-mail, SMS, pager or telephone. Failure of any component part is restored automatically and transparently within 10 seconds*.

*For some types of solutions or faults, a longer delay - as determined during initial consultation - may be desirable for optimum network performance.
